Priority will be given to sessions in complementary areas; new organizers are invited to contact existing organizers of closely related sessions to optimize complementarity. Existing sessions can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/cms.math.ca\/Events\/summer20\/sessions_scientific\">here<\/a>:<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proposals should include<\/span><\/h4><ol><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">names, affiliations, and contact information for two (or more) session co-organizers,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a title and brief description of the focus and purpose of the session,<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a preliminary list of potential speakers with their affiliations, along with a total number of expected speakers.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Potential organizers are encouraged to consider diversity in their selection of session invitees.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sessions will take place June 7-11.\u00a0 They will be advertised in the <em>CMS Notes<\/em>, on the CMS website and in the <em>AMS Notices<\/em>.
